Come visit us at The Museum of Military Memorabilia. Our Naples Municipal Airport location displays a just a fraction of the artifacts we have available. Here are some of our current showcases which highlight WWII Aviation.

2012 marked the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Naples Airport as a WWII Army Air Forces Training Base.

Collier County Honor Flight Mission #4, October 25, 2014

Come out and be a part of it all you will be glad you did, and will want to do it again  it’s a ” Feel Good about America” thing  at least for me anyway,  it’s like a Parade in RSW Main Terminal,  it is quite something.

Collier County Honor Flight Mission #4,

Below is our next schedule on our 4th trip to Washington DC. As you see it is a long day for these men and women who are in their late 80’s and 90’s. The average age is 92.
There is a special moments besides the fact they finally get to see their memorial that was built almost 60 years after the war ended ( they were already in their 80’s). is the welcome home.
These men and women never received a welcome home. They were picked up from the bus station from their dad and put their belongings in the closet and went to work.

Please show up at RSW airport in the evening. thank these men and women personally. It is a huge and moving event to go to. I know it is late at night, but think of the sacrifices these men and women did for us? What is one late night?

If you live in Naples, MBI transportation will have its 50 passenger bus at Naples airport in the  evening and will at no charge bring people to RSW and back. What is fun about this is you will be in the police escorted convoy on the way back to Naples airport.

If you want to help out in other ways, please contact me. We feed them and make sure they have a wonderful day. There is NEVER a charge to them, and it is our way of thanking them.

We are 100% Volunteer and we do have a 501 c 3 so every donation is tax deductible.
