Come visit us at The Museum of Military Memorabilia. We have thousands of military artifacts from all branches of the Military. The Museum is located in the Naples Municipal Airport which was originally built by the Army Corps of Engineers to train pilots for the pacific theater in WWII.

What has begun as a Museum Honoring Military Aviation in WWII has evolved into so much more. You can now see historical artifacts dating back to the Revolutionary War and all the way up to the present day Iraq & Afghanistan conflicts.

2012 marked the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Naples Airport as a WWII Army Air Forces Training Base.

SILENT SOLDIER UPDATE

The Silent Soldier Project is committed to giving back to the service men and women who’ve dedicated their lives for our freedom.

We are currently working diligently on our fundraising efforts so that we can meet the financial needs necessary to present scholarships to many children awaiting them.

In addition to college scholarships we select qualified applications from the hundreds of submissions we receive each so that we can bless our Hero’s children by gifting them an automobile based on the age, financial needs, grade point average, community involvement, in addition to the child’s need for transportation to and from work and school.

Silent Soldier ProjectEvery parent, sibling, teacher, and community member/leader can submit an Essay to The Silent Soldier Project Scholarship Fund naming your Special Silent Soldier for this annual award providing we have met and or exceeded the fundraising goals necessary to gift each recipients.

We are also working with corporate donors and sponsors many of which have generously offered their products and/or services to each and every eligible child possible.

It is our goal that we can one day provide every eligible child with scholarships, sponsored summer camp programs, weekend amusement park field trips, one on one mentorship and support and we are confident we can meet those dreams and goals as our Silent Soldier Project Scholarship Fund grows by and through your love and generosity.

Please check back often as we update our donors, recipients, announcements, and more! If you have a corporation and wish to make a donation on behalf of or provide a memorial in honor of a member of your family or corporation who has suffered the loss of An American Hero please generously give your donation today with your personal message of memorial so that we can pay tribute to the honor they indeed deserve.

SILENT SOLDIER PROJECT GIFTS OF HOPE

Providing for others in a selfless manner is the very nature of our military service members.

Our vision is for every dependent child of a wounded or fallen service member to have the financial opportunity to not only pursue higher education, but to live an emotionally and spiritually supported childhood with the assistance of summer camps and programs encouraging them to become an emotionally strong, successful adult.

In this manner and with your support we can present an ongoing tribute to our brave men and women who defend the freedom we are blessed with.

The greatest measure of love and respect we can extend to a fallen hero is to  rear that soldier’s child as a member of our own family. Let us open our hearts and extend our embrace to America’s Silent Soldiers.

Please lovingly consider becoming a member of our Silent Soldier Project Family. We cannot do this alone but together we can and will give every Silent Soldier a voice, and a Future.

SILENT SOLDIER PROJECT FOUNDER

After losing her father at the age of 16 due to the effects of WWII, Dr Lisa “Faith” found herself in a position unlike her childhood peers. She had lost her best friend, her mentor, her father.

Her father was exposed to radiation during the clean up in WWII breeding internal cancer that would consume him much too soon.

Her life would never be the same nor did she find herself with the same opportunities as other children her age. No one understood the enormity of emotional pain and loss she was suffering in addition to the financial limitations placed upon her and her family due to her fathers death.

With the odds stacked against her, Faith went on to become a successful business leader and founded a 501c3 non profit in 2002 committed to the emotional, psychological and spiritual growth of children.

As our nation continued to war against the evil we’ve been faced with since 9/11, she sought ways in which she could help the children of lost and wounded soldiers.

Each and every child who has suffered the loss or severe handicap of a parent became a forgotten soldier forced to endure an inner emotional war alone. They, like her, were soldiers; Silent Soldiers.

Hence, The Silent Soldier Project was born out of her tremendous love and desire to help those children whom are left to suffer silently the loss forced upon them by a warring world.

Having experienced this trauma at such a young age Dr. Faith understands better than anyone the areas of difficulty these children will be forced to face in life. She embraces their every need, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, financially, socially, in addition to the immediate effect on their current and future educational options.

Dr. Faith is rallying a nation to ensure no child is left behind in America’s continued fight for freedom. Silent Soldier Project provides the path of healing hope and the opportunity for the dreams of each and every child to be realized.
